The height of all buildings is measured in sroRlES, with an ultimate limit in feet, measured <br />from the eaves to the fronting sidewalk elevation, unless otherwise designated herein. <br />2. An Arrlc sroRY is not included in the height measurement. <br />3. If an individual sroRY exceeds the maximum floor-to-floor height, it shall be counted against <br />another sroRY, and no individual building height may exceed the BES prescribed ultimate <br />height. <br />4. Where a parking structure is within 30 feet of any building (constructed per this Code and <br />after approval of the REGULATING PLAN) that portion of the structure shall not exceed the <br />building's primary ridge Or PARAPET HEIGHT. <br />5. Mezzanines that have a floor area greater than 1 /3rd of the floor area of the sroRY in which <br />they are located shall count as an additional full sroRY in the sroRY HEIGHT measurement. <br />6. The prescribed minimum sroRY clear-height shall be met by at least 80 percent of the <br />specified sroRY area. <br />12 <br />
