~~ r,~' AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 12 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) PERTAINING TO PUBLIC PROCUREMENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF MAINTAINING CONSISTENCY WITH THE CODE OF VIRGINIA AND ADDING OR MODIFYING CERTAIN ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That Article V of Chapter 12 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) be amended and reordained as shown on Exhibit A hereto, which is made apart hereof.
