~R~i~ANC~ ~~~~:~ <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $64,953 OF FUNDING RECEIVED FROM <br />THE UNITED STATES DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION IN THE <br />FY 2015-16 ASSET FORFEITURE FUND FOR THE OFFICE OF THE <br />COMMONWEALTH'S ATTORNEY'S CASE MANAGEMENT PROJECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $64,953 in the FY 2015-16 Asset <br />Forfeiture Fund for the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney. <br />2. That the source of the ..appropriation shall be Asset Forfeiture Funds <br />received by the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney from the United States Drug <br />Enforcement Administration. <br />3. That the funds shall be used by the Office of the Commonwealth's <br />Attorney to fund its case management project. <br />4. That no local match is required for the funds. <br />5. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2015-16 Asset <br />Forfeiture Fund Budget are increased by $64,953. <br />6. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on January 12, 2016. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
