<br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $63,062.23 OF HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS <br />PROGRAM INCOME AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2015-16 <br />COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia; <br />1. That it accepts the sum of $63,062.23 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program <br />income and appropriates said .amount in the FY 2015-16 Community Planning and Development <br />Program. <br />2. That the funds so appropriated shall be used to support the activities in the <br />existing Annual Action Plan. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2015-16 Community <br />Planning and Development Program Budget are increased by the total sum of $63,062.23. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on June <br />28, 2016. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
