For the purpose of this Code, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL US2S shall be considered to <br />encompass all of the uses allowed by-right and with a special use permit in the IL zoning <br />districts of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance. <br />Use, Residential. RESIDENTIAL uses shall be considered to encompass all of the uses allowed by-right <br />and with a special use permit in the RESIDENTIAL zoning districts as defined in the NR, GR, UR, and <br />UR-H zoning districts City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance. <br />Use, Retail. Includes the following: <br />Retail sales Establishments wherein the primary use is the sale of merchandise for use or <br />consumption by the immediate purchaser. <br />Retail service. Establishments providing services, as opposed to products, to the general <br />public, including restaurants, hotels and motels, finance, real estate and insurance, travel <br />agencies, health and educational services, and galleries; as well as personal services as <br />defined in the City of Portsmouth Zoning. <br />Workshop Frontage Building.
