_- ~ ~- ~ ~ 2015-26 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) TO INCREASE HAULING FEES <br />AUTHORIZED BY CHAPTER 22 OF SAID CODE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That Appendix A of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) <br />be amended to increase and add permit and inspection fees authorized under Section 22- <br />266.1(b) and 22-266.2 as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1, 2015. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on May 12, 2015. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
