~a# . ~ 2015-25 <br />~` .' <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) TO INCREASE PERMIT FEES <br />AUTHORIZED BY CHAPTER 32 OF SAID CODE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That Appendix A of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) <br />be amended to increase permit fees authorized under Sections 32-6 and 32-61 as set forth <br />in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1, 2015. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on May 12, 2015. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
