Sec. 7-135. Same-Mechanical permits and inspections. <br />(e) For amusement ride permits and inspections, the fees shall be as set forth <br />in appendix A to this Code and the categories of fees shall be construed with general <br />reference to the Virginia Amusement Device Regulations. All fees shall be reduced by <br />75% if the applicant provides an approved certified third party inspector for the <br />amusement devices. These fees_shall be collected for each ride inspected. For all other <br />structures at carnivals the permit fee shall be as set forth in appendix A to this Code per <br />structure with inspection required. <br />9. That the fees set out in appendix A of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia (2006) be amended as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. <br />10.
