That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as General Mixed-Use (GMU) the <br />property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-15-O1, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Urban Residential (UR), and <br />that said property is hereby zoned as Urban Residential (UR). <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from General <br />Mixed-Use (GMU) to Urban Residential (UR) is furthermore described as follows: <br />Z-15-O1 <br />3433 Portsmouth Boulevard <br />(Tax Parcel 0347-0100) <br />ALL THOSE certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, with buildings <br />and the improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City <br />of PORTSMOUTH, Virginia, and known, numbered and <br />designated as Lots 3 & 4, in Block 2 as shown on that certain plat <br />entitled, "PLAT OF GLENDALE", which said plat is duly <br />recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of <br />Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map Book 4, Page 58. <br />LESS AND EXCEPT so much of the foregoing property as was <br />acquired in Deed Book 253, page 433. <br />BEING all that certain property conveyed to George Moody by <br />Deed of Bargain and Sale from Frances W. J. Beck, et als. Dated <br />June 14, 2002 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit <br />Court for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia as Instrument Number <br />020032120. <br />3435 Portsmouth Boulevard <br />(Tax Parce10347-0090) <br />ALL THOSE two certain lots of land, situate in the City. of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, and being known, numbered and designated <br />as Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Two (2), on the Plat of <br />Glendale duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court <br />of the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map Book 4, Page 58; <br />excepting however, a strip of land approximately Ten (10) feet in <br />width across the front of said lots which was acquired by the City <br />
