SECTION #: 40.1-3.3(F} <br />_ PURPOSE AND INl'ENT _ __ _ <br />The Ffigh Density Urban tiesidenlitrl {UR-HJ district is established to accommodate a diverse range of <br />residential developmen# as a principal use, along with mixed-use and neighborhood-serving commercial <br />development. The district accommodates mast forms of residential devebpment, inchtding r~iggte.fei~il~r <br />eitewettiwgertwo-to-four-family dwellings, townhomes, live/work w fin wii~5, multi-family <br />dwellings, and residential dwelling unifsi above the Crrst floor of commercial development. Also allowed <br />pre complimentary uses such as pocks, open space, libraries, religious institutions, community centers, <br />schools {elementary, middle, and high], child care censers, and minor utilities. Neighborhood-serving <br />commercia! and service uses are allowed to encourage diverse, functioning neightwrhoods.
