Buildings subject to the standards of this section shale have a <br />maximum height of three stories within 1 QO feet of a lot with an <br />existing single-family Detached ~i~at-C~~welling, without an <br />intervening public street. Fa~ure to abate <br />the violation within the specified time period shall be punishable by <br />a fine of up to $S,QCIO, and any such failure during any succeeding <br />10-day period shall constitute a separate misdemeanor offense for <br />each 10-day period punishable by a fine of up to $7,500.
