<br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $175,000 IN THE FY 2015-16 GENERAL <br />FUND FROM RECREATIONAL FACILITY AND ADULT CLASS FEES FOR <br />USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION AND LEISURE <br />SERVICES FOR PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $175,000 in the FY 2015-16 <br />General Fund for use by the Department of Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services for <br />program administration. <br />2. That the funding source of the appropriation shall be fees derived from <br />recreational facilities and adult classes pursuant to Subsections 25-92(c) and 25-92(d) of <br />Chapter 25 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2015-16 General <br />Fund Operating Budget are increased by $175,000. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on January 1, 2016. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on December 8, 2015. <br />
