~~~~" ~ 2015- 7 9 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER $33,335 FROM THE INSTRUCTION <br />CLASSIFICATION OF THE OVERALL AND SECOND QUARTER FY 2015-16 <br />PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS OPERATING FUND BUDGETS TO THE <br />INSTRUCTION CLASSIFICATION OF THE OVERALL AND SECOND <br />QUARTER FY 2015-16 PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS GRANTS FUND <br />BUDGETS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it transfers the sum of $33,335 from the Instruction Classification of <br />the FY 2015-16 Portsmouth Public Schools Operating Fund to the Instruction <br />Classification of the FY 2015-16 Portsmouth Public Schools Grants Fund. <br />2. That the transfer shall be applied to the Second Quarter FY 2015-16 <br />appropriation to the Portsmouth Public Schools. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the Instruction Classification <br />of the overall and Second Quarter FY 2015-16 Portsmouth Public Schools Operating <br />Budget are decreased by $33,335. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the Instruction Classification <br />of the overall and Second Quarter FY 2015-16 Portsmouth Public Schools Grants Fund <br />Budget are increased by $33,335. <br />5. That the revised overall and Second Quarter categorical funding <br />appropriations for the FY 2015-16 Portsmouth Public Schools General Fund Operating <br />Budget are as shown on Exhibit A hereto. <br />6. That the revised overall and Second Quarter categorical funding <br />appropriations for the FY 2015-16 Portsmouth Public Schools Grants Fund Budget are as <br />shown on Exhibit B hereto. <br />7. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on November 24, 2015. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
