R-14-42 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LEASE <br />AGREEMENT WITH BILTMORE BAPTIST CHURCH FOR USE OF THE ATHLETIC <br />FIELD AT 3120 ELLIOTT AVENUE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City <br />Manager be, and hereby is, authorized to execute such lease agreement, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and identified as Exhibit A, and such other documents as may be necessary to <br />lease to Biltmore Baptist Church for recreational. purposes that certain parcel located at 3120 <br />Elliott Avenue. <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia held on <br />November 25, 2014. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
