UP-14-12 <br />497 North Street <br />ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land with the <br />buildings and improvements thereon, and the appurtenances <br />thereunto appertaining, situate in the .City of Portsmouth, in <br />the State of Virginia, and bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the South-East intersection of Dinwiddie and <br />North Streets; thence Southerly along the East side of <br />Dinwiddie Street, Seventy-four (74) feet, Six (6) inches, to <br />the line of C. T. Phillips; thence Easterly along said C. T. <br />Phillips line, Fifty-one (51) feet, Three (3) inches; thence <br />Northerly Seventy-Three (73) feet, Nine (9) inches to North <br />Street, at a point district Fifty-one (51) feet, Ten and One <br />Half (10 '/z) inches East from Dinwiddie Street; thence West <br />along North Street Fifty-One (51) feet, Ten and One Half <br />(10 %) inches to the point of beginning. <br />BEING all. that property conveyed to Dawn D. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br />(a) No more than three (3) bedrooms shall be used for the Bed and Breakfast <br />Inn. <br />(b) The applicant shall adhere to the regulations listed in Section 40.1- <br />4.3(C)(12)(a) of the Zoning Ordinance ("Bed and Breakfast Inns"), <br />(c) The applicant shall adhere to the standards listed in Section 40.1-2(B)(4) <br />of the Zoning Ordinance ("Use Permit Standards"). <br />(d) The applicant shall obtain and maintain a parking arrangement with the <br />Portsmouth Parking Authority for five parking spaces to meet the off- <br />street parking requirement of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />
