That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br />(a) The development of the site shall be in substantial conformity with the <br />concept plan titled Victory & Greenwood Concept Plan for 7-Eleven <br />prepared by Blakeway Corp. and dated August 18, 2014 and the <br />Perspective and Fueling Canopy Elevations prepared by K2M Design <br />dated June 18, 2014, except as may be necessary to comply with any <br />modifications required by City Ordinances and the City .Code during site <br />plan review and approval. <br />(b) The applicant must obtain and keep current any required operating <br />licenses and shall operate in accordance with all applicable codes, <br />ordinances, and regulations of federal, state and local governments. <br />
