9 5'1 ~'~ ~ +t + ~ Y <br />~'~~~~~~~ ~`~.~. t:j.:2014.~ 2.8.. <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) BY AMENDING SECTIONS 10-93, 10-94, 10- <br />96 THROUGH 10-99, 10-101, 10-104 THROUGH 10-107, 10-109, 10-115, 10-117, <br />10-118, AND 10-120 THEREOF PERTAINING TO THE VOTING PLACES FOR <br />PRECINCTS 5, 7,10, 11,13,14, 17, 21, 22-24, 26, 32, 34, 35, AND 37. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That Sections 10-93, 10-94, 10-96 through 10-99, 10-101, 10-104 through <br />10-107, 10-109, 10-115, 10-117, 10-118, and 10-120 be amended and reordained to read <br />as follows: <br />Sec. 10-93. Precinct No. 5. <br />The voting place for Precinct No. 5 shall be at the Hampton Roads Community <br />Health Center at 664 Lincoln Street. <br />Sec. 10-94. Precinct No. 7. <br />The voting place for Precinct No. 7 shall be at the Park View Elementary School <br />at 260 Elm Avenue. <br />Sec. 10-96. Precinct No. 10. <br />The voting place for Precinct No. 10 shall be at the Port Norfolk Recreation <br />Center at 432 Broad Street. <br />Sec. 10-97. Precinct No. 11. <br />The voting place for Precinct No. 11 shall be at the Mt. Hermon Village at 2400 <br />Cutherell Street. <br />Sec. 10-98. Precinct No. 13. <br />The voting place for Precinct No. 13 shall be at St. Mark Missionary Baptist <br />Church at 2714 Frederick Boulevard. <br />Sec. 10-99. Precinct No. 14. <br />
