2014-92 ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-14-O5. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as High Density Urban Residential (URH) the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-14-O5, is hereby. amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as NMU, Neighborhood Mixed Use, and that said property is hereby zoned as NMU, Neighborhood Mixed Use. 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from High Density Urban Residential (URH) to NMU, Neighborhood Mixed Use is furthermore described as follows: Z-14-OS 5100 Portsmouth Boulevard ALL THOSE certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being on the northerly side of Portsmouth Boulevard between Jewell Avenue and Stanley Road in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia and being known, numbered and designated as Lots 98 and 124 on the Plat of Simonsdale which plat is duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake (formerly Norfolk County), Virginia in Map Book 23 at page 62 and Lots 128 and 129 on the Plat of Simonsdale, Section Two which plat is duly recorded in the aforementioned Clerk's Office in Map Book 23 at page 75 and more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of Portsmouth Boulevard, which point is Easterly terminus of a curve connecting the Northerly line of Portsmouth Boulevard with the Easterly line of Jewell Avenue, and from said point of beginning proceeding along a curve to the right with a radius of 16.00 feet an arc distance of 26.03 feet to a point in the Easterly line of Jewell Avenue; thence proceeding along the Easterly line of Jewell Avenue N. 21 ° 18' S6" E. a distance of 78.59 feet to a pipe; thence proceeding S. 71 ° 53' 00 E. a distance of 295.43 feet to a point in the Westerly line of Stanley Road; thence proceeding along the Westerly line of Stanley Road S. 18° 10' 30" W. a distance of 78.38 feet to a point; thence proceeding along a curve to the right with a radius of 16.00 feet an arc distance of 25..12 feet to a point in the Northerly line of Portsmouth Boulevard; and thence proceeding along the Northerly
