<br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $388,809,371 FOR THE OPERATION OF
<br />CITY GOVERNMENT DURING THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2013.

<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia:
<br />
<br />1. That the FY 2013-14 Operating Budget is hereby approved, and that the
<br />amounts hereinafter stated be, and the same hereby are, appropriated from the funds indicated
<br />and for the purposes specified in order to operate the City Government for and during the fiscal
<br />year beginning July 1,2013.
