<br />R-13-35 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FY 14 PERFORMANCE CONTRACT <br />FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental <br />Services, formerly titled the Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation <br />and Substance Abuse Services, annually issues a performance contract to each local <br />community services board (CSB) specifying the services to be rendered by the CSB for <br />the next fiscal year relative to funding budgeted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Portsmouth must approve the Portsmouth Department of <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services' FY 14 Performance Contract by September 15,2013. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that it hereby approves the Portsmouth Department of Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services' FY 14 Performance Contract. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 13, 2013. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
