<br />UP-13-16 <br /> <br />3601 Victory Boulevard <br /> <br />Beginning at the northwestern corner of the right-of-way at <br />Victory Boulevard and Freedom Avenue running <br />southwesterly approximately 305 feet to the intersection of <br />Freedom Avenue and Rapidan Street; thence north 302 feet <br />along the right-of-way of Rapidan Street to a point; thence <br />northeasterly 308 feet to a point on the right-of-way of <br />Victory Boulevard; thence 314 feet along the right-of-way <br />of Victory Boulevard to the point of beginning; and being <br />further identified as 3601 Victory Boulevard and Tax Map <br />531, parcel 11. <br /> <br />3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following condition which shall be <br />observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />The number of off-street parking spaces provided on the site, excluding spaces <br />provided at the gasoline pumps, shall be limited to 73 spaces. <br /> <br />4.
