<br />(e) All existing outdoor lighting shall be upgraded to confirm to the standards <br />contained in Section 40.1-5.9 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />(t) Freestanding signs shall be of a monument style no greater than eight (8) feet tall, <br />and no internally illuminated signs shall be permitted on the site. <br />(g) All debris, equipment and unlicensed vehicles shall be removed from the <br />property prior to issuance of any permits by the City of Portsmouth. <br />(h) Overnight parking or storage of heavy trucks and vehicles between the building <br />and Deep Creek Blvd. shall be prohibited. In addition, the use of any vehicle in <br />the parking lot for purposes of advertising, as determined by the Planning <br />Director, shall be prohibited. <br />(i) The applicant must obtain and keep current any required operating licenses and <br />shall operate in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. <br />(j) All taxes and fees in connection with the proposed use shall be paid when due. <br /> <br />4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions <br />may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at meeting held <br />on March 27,2012. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
