<br />R-12-62 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FY-2011-12 AUDIT AS BEING TIMELY <br />PREPARED AND FILED. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City's 2011-12 independent audit, as duly prepared by Cherry, <br />Bekaert & Holland, is hereby accepted as timely filed, pursuant to Section 15.2-2511 of <br />the Code of Virginia. <br /> <br />2. That City Council reserves the right of inquiry concerning matters <br />disclosed in the audit. <br /> <br />3. That this resolution shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on December 11,2012. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
