<br /> <br />ND~o !--~~_ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO DE-OBLIGATE $2,218,216 OF UNEXPENDED <br />APPROPRIATION AUTHORITY IN CLOSED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />PROJECTS, TO REPROGRAM $4,748,174 OF BOND PROCEEDS, AND TO <br />APPROPRIATE $6,966,390 TO COVER EXPENSES AND OBLIGATIONS IN VARIOUS <br />ACTIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it de-obligates a total of $2,218,216 of unexpended appropriation authority <br />previously granted with respect to certain closed capital improvement projects as enumerated in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />2. That it reprograms $4,748,174 of Series 201 OB bond proceeds currently being <br />held in the amounts set forth in said Exhibit A. <br /> <br />3. That it appropriates the sum of $6,966,390 in de-obligated and reprogrammed <br />funds to cover expenses and obligations in various active capital improvement projects in the <br />amounts set forth in said Exhibit A. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on May <br />22,2012. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
