<br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $544,492,199 FOR THE OPERATION OF
<br />CITY GOVERNMENT DURING THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2012.

<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia:

<br />1. That the amounts hereinafter stated be, and the same hereby are, appropriated
<br />from the funds indicated and for the purposes specified in order to operate the City
