<br />ORDINANCE NOl.o 11- 57 <br /> <br />-~-.....> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $182,500 <br />FROM THE OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY OF THE SUPREME <br />COURT OF VIRGINIA AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY <br />2011-12 GRANTS FUND FOR USE BY THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE <br />PORTSMOUTH ADULT DRUG TREATMENT COURT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby accepts a grant in the amount of $182,500 from the Office <br />of the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia and appropriates the funds in <br />the FY 2011-12 Grants Fund. <br /> <br />2. That the grant funds will be used by the Circuit Court for the City of <br />Portsmouth to support the operations of the Adult Drug Treatment Court. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That no local match is required in order to obtain the grant funds. <br /> <br />4. <br />$182,500. <br /> <br />That estimated revenues in the FY 2011-12 Grants Funds are increased by <br /> <br />5. <br />adoption. <br /> <br />That the provisions of this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 9,2011. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
