<br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $553,631,327 FOR THE OPERATION OF
<br />CITY GOVERNMENT DURING THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1,2011.

<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia:

<br />1. That the amounts hereinafter stated be, and the same hereby are, appropriated
<br />from the funds indicated and for the purposes specified in order to operate the City
<br />Government for and during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011.
