<br />....., .c. yo <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 112 O~3LP <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 19 AND APPENDIX A OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) BY AMENDING <br />SECTION 19-150 AND APPENDIX A THEREOF TO INCREASE OR <br />EST ABLISH CERTAIN FEES FOR THE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM OF <br />VIRGINIA AND THE PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD <br />MUSEUMlLIGHTSHIP MUSEUM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That Section 19-150 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) is <br />amended and reordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 19-150. Museum admission fees. <br /> <br />The daily fees as set out in appendix A to this Code shall be charged for <br />admission to city museums for the following: <br /> <br />(1) Children's Museum of Virginia: <br />a. Regular admission. <br />Children less than two years of age <br />Children 2 to 17 years of age <br />Adults <br />Military with ID and seniors (62 years of age and older) <br />b. Student admission (Portsmouth Public School group, with supervising <br />adult). <br />c. One supervising adult per group of eight students in subsection (1) b of <br />this section. <br />d. Other private and public school groups, per child, with supervising <br />adult. <br />e. Planetarium <br /> <br />(2) Other museums per person: <br />a. Courthouse Galleries. <br />b. Naval Shipyard Museum/Lightship Museum. <br />Children less than two years of age <br />Children 2 to 17 years of age <br />Adults <br />Military with ID, seniors (62 years of age and older), AAA <br />members <br /> <br />(3) Keypass Discount Program. Upon payment of a fee as set out in <br />Appendix A to this Code, a person shall be entitled to admittance to all <br />
