<br />ORDINANCE NO.-=.o 1 ~~_~. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $316,511.72 IN THE FY 2010-11 COMMUNITY <br />PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FUND IN INCOME RECEIVED <br />FROM ONGOING PROGRAMS AND ADDITIONAL ENTITLEMENT FUNDS <br />RECEIVED FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN <br />DEVELOPMENT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of$316,5II.72 is hereby appropriated in the FY 2010-11 <br />Community Planning and Development Fund to be used for ongoing eligible Community <br />Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME projects as part of the FY 2011 Annual Action <br />Plan approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />2. That the sources of said appropriation are income received from ongoing <br />programs and additional funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development (HUD). <br /> <br />3. That a cash match is not required for the funds received from HUD. <br /> <br />4. That estimated income in the FY 2010-2011 Community Planning and <br />Development Fund is increased by $316,511.72. <br /> <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on <br />January 11,2011. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
