<br />ORDINANCE NO,2011-18" <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SHELTER PLUS GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $414,768 AND A <br />SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $69,013 FROM THE U.S. <br />DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND APPROPRIATING SAID <br />FUNDS TOTALING $483,781 IN THE FY 2010-11 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES FUND. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby accepts a Shelter Plus Grant in the amount of $414,768 and a Supportive <br />Housing Program Grant in the amount of $69,013 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development and appropriates said funds totaling $483,781 in the FY 2010-11 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund. <br /> <br />2. That a cash match of$I7,350 is required for the Supportive Housing Program Grant and <br />will be provided from Mental Health Funds of the Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2010-11 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund are <br />increased by $483,781. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on April 12, <br /> <br />2011. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />
