<br /> <br />complete replacement of such structure, the portion of the replacement structure that shall <br />be eligible for the real estate tax exemption shall not exceed 110 percent of the square <br />footage of the original structure. <br /> <br />Sec. 35-219. -Same-- Owner's application. <br /> <br />The owner of rehabilitated real estate shall be required to file an application <br />requesting the exemption provided for in this division with the city assessor not later than <br />ten days after obtaining a building permit for the rehabilitation. The owner shall not be <br />required to pay a fee as set forth in Appendix A to this Code to the city for processing the <br />application. <br /> <br />2.
