<br />R-11-31 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REVISED INTERIM AGREEMENT WITH <br />LINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY SOUTHWEST, INC., THE PORTSMOUTH <br />REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY, AND THE GREATER <br />PORTSMOUTH DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE <br />CRAWFORD POINT SITE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia that: <br /> <br />1. The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute and deliver a Revised <br />Interim Agreement with Lincoln Property Company Southwest, Inc., the Portsmouth <br />Redevelopment and Housing Authority, and the Greater Portsmouth Development Authority <br />related to development of the Crawford Point site. The agreement shall be substantially the same <br />as that which is attached hereto and approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager and City Attorney shall provide monthly status reports on the <br />matter to City Council. <br /> <br />3. This resolution shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on <br />September 27,2011. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
