That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be <br />observed by the applicants and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) The site shall be developed in substantial compliance with the site plan <br />submitted by Kimley-Hom dated March 18,2011. <br /> <br />(b) The building shall be developed in conformance with the submitted <br />elevation dated March 18, 2011. <br /> <br />(c) The recommendations of the Traffic Impact Analysis created October <br />2010 must be installed at the developer's expense. <br /> <br />(d) All uses on the property shall be operated in compliance with all <br />applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and local <br />governments. <br />
