As part of the renovations, a plaque in memory of Mrs. Scott will be <br /> <br /> <br />installed at the entranceway to the room. The Foundation will pay for the costs of the <br /> <br /> <br />plaque and installation from the Gift funds. <br /> <br /> <br />D. Upon completion of the renovations, the room will be made available to <br /> <br /> <br />ERAC for its monthly meetings and two hours per week for painting, for so long as the <br /> <br /> <br />ERAC activities do not interfere with museum activities. The City will make every <br /> <br /> <br />reasonable effort to accommodate ERAC's schedule. In the event that the City requires <br /> <br /> <br />the room in the future for its fulltime operations, the City will use its best efforts to offer <br /> <br /> <br />ERAC a suitable alternate location. <br /> <br /> <br />E.
