<br />Q <br /> <br />Obligations if market or other conditions so warrant, forward purchase or supply arrangements <br /> <br />relating to the investment of the proceeds of any series of the Bonds, the Courthouse Obligations, <br /> <br /> <br />or the Public Utility Obligations, and the application for CUSIP identification numbers. All <br /> <br /> <br />actions taken by officers and agents of the City in connection with the issuance and sale of the <br /> <br /> <br />Bonds, the Courthouse Obligations, or the Public Utility Obligations are hereby ratified and <br /> <br /> <br />confirmed. The City Representative and such officers and agents of the City as he or she may <br /> <br />designate are authorized and directed to take such further action and to execute and deliver such <br /> <br />additional agreements, documents, and certificates as they deem necessary regarding the Bonds, <br /> <br /> <br />the Courthouse Obligations, or the Public Utility Obligations and all actions taken by such <br /> <br /> <br />officers and agents in connection with the Bonds, the Courthouse Obligations, or the Public <br /> <br /> <br />Utility Obligations are ratified and confirmed. <br /> <br />19. Filing of Ordinance. The appropriate officers or agents of the City are authorized <br /> <br /> <br />and directed to file or cause to be filed a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Circuit Court <br /> <br /> <br />of the City of Portsmouth pursuant to Sections 15.2-2607 and 15.2-2627 of the Virginia Code. <br /> <br />20. Conflicting Ordinances, Resolutions, and Proceedings. Any provlSlons of <br /> <br />ordinances, resolutions, and proceedings in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are, to <br /> <br />the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. <br /> <br />-11- <br />
