ADJUSTMENTS TO RETIREMENT ALLOWANCES <br /> <br />There shall be no adjustments of retirement allowances as prescribed in Sections <br />30-122 and 30-243 of the Code ofthe City of Portsmouth, Virginia, (2006). <br /> <br />SECTION 10. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 2009-39 was repealed effective June 30, 2010. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. EFFECTIVE DATE OF ORDINANCE <br /> <br />(a) The ordinance became effective July 1,2010. <br /> <br />(b) Adopted by the City Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a <br />meeting held on May 11,2010. <br /> <br />15 <br />
