<br />R-IO-30 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A RIGHT OF <br />WAY AGREEMENT WITH VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY FOR A <br />POWER LINE ACROSS PROPERTY OF THE CITY TO SERVE THE JAMES HURST <br />ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he hereby is authorized to execute a <br />Deed of Easement to Virginia Electric and Power Company for an electric cable line to serve the <br />James Hurst Elementary School across the property of the City being developed for the James <br />Hurst Elementary School at such time as may be appropriate and necessary. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia held on <br />September 14,2010. <br /> <br />TESTE: <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
