<br />without limitation, conveyance of fee simple title, permanent easements, temporary easements, <br />air rights, and licenses. <br /> <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign all agreements and <br />instruments of conveyance reasonably necessary to implement the intent of this resolution. <br /> <br />5. The City Attorney and City Manager are authorized to take all such further <br />actions and provide all such further written instruments and assurances as may be reasonably <br />necessary to implement the intent of this resolution, which is to facilitate the prompt construction <br />of the new bridge while also protecting the interests of the City of Portsmouth and its citizens. <br /> <br />6. The City Attorney and City Manager shall keep City Council timely informed of <br />all actions they take to implement this resolution. <br /> <br />7.
