<br />pursuant to Paragraph 8 of this Agreement. <br />15. The parties shall not be liable to each other for reimbursement for injuries to law <br /> <br />enforcement officers or personnel, or damage to equipment incurred when going to <br /> <br />or returning from another jurisdiction, except to the extent that reimbursement for <br /> <br />such expenses may be or is received from the Federal Emergency Management <br /> <br />Agency (FEMA) or another governmental agency. Neither shall the parties be liable <br /> <br />to each other any other costs associated with, or arising out of, the rendering of <br /> <br />assistant pursuant to this Agreement, except to the extent that reimbursement for such <br /> <br />expenses may be or is received from FEMA or another governmental agency. <br /> <br />16. This Agreement rescinds and supersedes all previous written agreements and oral <br /> <br />understandings relating to the provision of mutual law enforcement services between <br /> <br />the parties. <br /> <br />17. Any of the parties hereto may withdraw from this Agreement by giving thirty (30) <br /> <br />days written notice to that effect to the other parties. <br /> <br />5 <br />
