<br />condominium convertible. <br /> <br />(g) Prior to the issuance of a Demolition Permit, a Certificate of Abatement <br />must be obtained <br /> <br />(11) The applicant shall be responsible for the cost of establishing and/or <br />upgrading the necessary utilities. <br /> <br />(i) The applicant shall adhere to the Solid Waste Management Plan approved <br />by the Department of General Services. <br /> <br />G) All taxes and fees associated with the proposed project shall be paid. <br /> <br />(k) The establishment shall be built and managed in compliance with all <br />applicable codes and ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local <br />government. <br /> <br />(1) Certificates of occupancy shall be issued for no more than 164 units prior <br />to the construction of the Community Center and the installation of <br />the landscaping. <br /> <br />(m) The site shall include the following improvements which shall be <br />installed prior to the issuance of any certificates of occupancy: <br /> <br />3. EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: Unless extended as provided under <br />Section 40-115 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006), the housing use <br />permit shall expire for any portion of the approved project for which building permits <br />have not been issued if the applicant fails to apply for all building permits for the entire <br />project within two years of the adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />4.
