<br />point, thence proceeding westwardly 33 feet more or less to <br />a point, thence proceeding northwardly 116 feet more or <br />less to a point in the southern line of Columbia Street, <br />thence proceeding eastwardly along the southern line of <br />Columbia Street 181 feet more or less to a point being the <br />point of intersection between the western line of <br />Washington Street and the southern line of Columbia <br />Street, thence southwardly along the western line of <br />Washington Street 229 feet more or less to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) Prior to site plan approval, a subdivision plat must be recorded which <br />creates a single parcel of land and vacates all internal lot lines. <br /> <br />(b) Approval of final development, including a landscaping plan, must be <br />obtained from Downtown Design Committee. <br /> <br />(c) Hours of operation are approved for 24 hours seven, days a week. <br /> <br />(d) Site Plan approval must be obtained. <br /> <br />(e) Private Trash Hauler and pick up schedule must be approved by the <br />Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />(f) A seating layout for the sanctuary must be approved by the Building <br />Official. <br /> <br />(g) The subject property shall be maintained clear and free of trash and debris <br />and the grass kept cut. <br /> <br />(h) The applicant shall provide a parking plan that is to be approved prior to <br />the church operations begin by the City Engineer and the Director of <br />Planning. <br /> <br />(i) The applicant shall provide a time schedule of when work is to begin and <br />milestones until completion. <br /> <br />(j) The applicant shall provide a listing of activities the church proposes to <br />operate from the 'facility <br /> <br />4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions <br />may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council. <br />
