That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: (a) Prior to site plan approval, a subdivision plat must be recorded which creates a single parcel of land and vacates all internal lot lines. (b) Approval of final development, including a landscaping plan, must be obtained from Downtown Design Committee. (c) Hours of operation are approved for 24 hours seven, days a week. (d) Site Plan approval must be obtained. (e) Private Trash Hauler and pick up schedule must be approved by the Director of Public Works. (f) A seating layout for the sanctuary must be approved by the Building Official. (g) The subject property shall be maintained clear and free of trash and debris and the grass kept cut. (h) The applicant shall provide a parking plan that is to be approved prior to the church operations begin by the City Engineer and the Director of Planning. (i) The applicant shall provide a time schedule of when work is to begin and milestones until completion. (j) The applicant shall provide a listing of activities the church proposes to operate from the 'facility 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council.
