Any interior inspection of the railroad cars shall be required to be carried out in the presence of an authorized officer or employee of the Railroad Museum. 17. No Waiver. Failure of the City or the Railroad Museum to declare any default immediately upon occurrence thereof, or delay in taking any action in connection therewith, shall not waive such default, and the City or the Railroad Museum shall have the right to declare any such default at any time thereafter. 18. Notice. Any notice, demand or request required or allowed to be given or made hereunder shall be in writing and shall be sent by registered or certified United States Mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the appropriate party at the address shown below, or such other address or person as the parties may from time to time designate in writing.
