<br />R-09-39 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF <br />BEHAVIORAL HEAL TH AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES' FY 2010 <br />PERFORMANCE CONTRACT FOR THE PORTSMOUTH DEPARTMENT OF <br />BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commonwealth Department of Mental Health, Mental <br />Retardation and Substance Abuse Services (DMHMRSAS) annually issues a <br />performance contract to each local community services board (CSB) specifying the <br />services to be rendered by the CSB for the next fiscal year relative to funding budgeted; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Portsmouth must approve the Portsmouth Department of <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services' FY 2010 Performance Contract by September 15,2009. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that it hereby approves the Portsmouth Department of Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services' FY 2010 Performance Contract. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 28,2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
