<br />b. Clothine: <br /> <br />Any sworn officer of the Fire or Police Departments who is required <br />to wear civilian clothes in the regular performance of official duties <br />shall be paid a clothing allowance of $600 annually. <br /> <br />c. Field Trainine: Officers <br /> <br />Police Officers serving as Field Training Officers, as designated by <br />the Chief of Police, shall receive an allowance of $1,000 annually as <br />approved in advance by the City Manager. <br /> <br />d. Cardiac Technician/Intermediate and Paramedic Certifications <br /> <br />Sworn personnel in the Department of Fire, Rescue and Emergency <br />Services, except the Fire Chief and the Deputy Fire Chiefs, who have <br />successfully obtained and maintain the Cardiac Technician! <br />Intermediate and Paramedic Certifications, are TEMS sanctioned to <br />perform at these certification levels, and ride the ambulance as <br />required and assigned will receive annually: <br /> <br />NOTE: This allowance will be considered creditable compensation <br />for purposes of computing retirement. <br /> <br />Cardiac T echnician!Intermediate <br />Paramedic * <br /> <br />$1,200 <br />$1,600 <br /> <br />*Individuals receiving Fire Fighter/Paramedic or Fire Lieutenant/ <br />Paramedic classification payor individuals who have been promoted <br />after receiving Fire Fighter/Paramedic or Fire Lieutenant/Paramedic <br />classification pay are not eligible for the Paramedic allowance. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />,f!;'l; <br />.. <br />- <br />~ <br /> <br />
