<br /> <br />2009-06 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-08-08 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-60, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-08-08, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-I-K (Conditional), and that <br />said property is hereby zoned as Commercial C-l-K (Conditional). <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Residential RM-60 to Commercial C-I-K (Conditional), is furthermore described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Z-08-08 <br /> <br />ALL THOSE certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, or <br />portions thereof, lying, being and situate in the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, and designated as "Parcel L" and <br />"Parcel M" on the Survey attached hereto as Exhibit A (the <br />"Survey"), together with those certain areas between said <br />parcels and Frederick Boulevard and Turnpike Road shown <br />on the Survey as to be dedicated for right of way, and <br />together with that certain area lying between "Parcel L" and <br />"Parcel M" and shown on the survey as a portion of "2-Way <br />Street (88' R/W) Main St. No.1". Said property is more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />COMMENCING A T the northwest intersection of <br />Frederick Boulevard and that certain CSX Railroad 100' <br />R/W as shown on the Survey; thence curving northwesterly <br />along the eastern line of Frederick Boulevard to the <br />southeast intersection of Frederick Boulevard and Turnpike <br />Road; thence along the southern line of Turnpike Road to <br />that certain point at which the southern line of Turnpike <br />Road intersects the northeastern boundary of "Parcel M" <br />(as shown on the Survey) extended; thence southeast along <br />the northeastern boundary of "Parcel M" (as shown on the <br />Survey) 293', more or less, to a point shown on the Survey <br />as the northern terminus of Curve C 1 04; thence southeast <br />in a straight line across a certain right-of-way identified on <br />the Survey as "2-Way Street (88' R/W) Main Street No.1" <br />to a point in the northeastern line of "Parcel L" (as shown <br />on the Survey) identified as the eastern terminus of Curve <br />C 1 09; thence southeasterly along the northeastern line of <br />
