<br /> <br />2 0 0 .9~:- 4 3 <br />_.~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 13 AND APPENDIX A OF THE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) TO ESTABLISH OR <br />AMEND CERTAIN FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT <br />OF FIRE, RESCUE, AND EMERGENCY SERVICES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That Chapter 13 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) be <br />amended by the adoption of a new section 13-35 to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 13-35. Fees established. <br /> <br />The fees for the services of the Department of Fire, Rescue, and Emergency <br />Services shall be as established in Appendix A of this Code. <br /> <br />2, That Appendix A of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) <br />be amended by the adoption of the following fees: <br /> <br />CHAPTER 13.
