<br /> <br />2009-07 <br /> <br />!ii..~"....","_..._~.~,~,,",_'" <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 40 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) BY ADOPTING A NEW SECTION 40-48.3 <br />THEREOF TO ESTABLISH A MIDTOWN RESIDENTIAL OPPORTUNITY <br />ZONING OVERLAY DISTRICT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) be amended by <br />the adoption of a new Section 40-48.3 to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 40-48.3.
