UHOiNANCE HO 2008--03 11--.._. ~ -.... ._-.... ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-07-15 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RS-75, the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-07-15, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Office Residential OR-75, and that said property is hereby zoned as Office Residential OR-75. 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from Residential RS-75 to Office Residential OR-75 is furthermore described as follows: Z-07-15 All those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, situate in the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, and known, numbered and designated as lots numbers One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), and Eleven (11), and the northern Twenty- three and Twenty-five one-hundredths (23.25) Feet of lot number (10) and Twelve (12), in block number One Hundred and Forty-one (141) on the Plat of the Livingston Land Company, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Norfolk county, in Map Book 5 page 43, and bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the southwest intersection of King Street and Nottaway A venue, and thence running west along the south side of King Street One Hundred and Eighty (180) feet; thence south and parallel with Nottaway A venue One hundred and Thirty-one and Seventy-five one-hundredths (131.75) feet; thence east Sixty (60) feet; thence south and parallel with Nottaway Avenue Eighty-five and Twenty-five one- Hundredths (85.25) feet to County Street; and thence east along the south side of County Street One Hundred and Twenty (120) feet; and thence north along Nottaway Avenue Two Hundred and Seventeen (217) feet to the point of beginning. It being a part of the land which was conveyed to Archibald Ogg by the deed of the Commercial Realty Corporation dated September 12, 1920 and recorded in the said Clerk's Office in Deed Book594 page 391, and which was devised by Archibald Ogg to the said Mary E. Ogg by his will which was probated before the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth on the lih day of June, 1943, and recorded in Will Book 6, page 125.
