<br />UHOiNANCE HO 2008--03 <br />11--.._. ~ -.... ._-.... <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-07-15 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RS-75, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-07-15, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Office Residential OR-75, and that said <br />property is hereby zoned as Office Residential OR-75. <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Residential RS-75 to Office Residential OR-75 is furthermore described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-07-15 <br /> <br />All those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, situate in <br />the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, and known, <br />numbered and designated as lots numbers One (1), Two <br />(2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight <br />(8), Nine (9), and Eleven (11), and the northern Twenty- <br />three and Twenty-five one-hundredths (23.25) Feet of lot <br />number (10) and Twelve (12), in block number One <br />Hundred and Forty-one (141) on the Plat of the Livingston <br />Land Company, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the <br />Circuit Court of Norfolk county, in Map Book 5 page 43, <br />and bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning <br />at the southwest intersection of King Street and Nottaway <br />A venue, and thence running west along the south side of <br />King Street One Hundred and Eighty (180) feet; thence <br />south and parallel with Nottaway A venue One hundred and <br />Thirty-one and Seventy-five one-hundredths (131.75) feet; <br />thence east Sixty (60) feet; thence south and parallel with <br />Nottaway Avenue Eighty-five and Twenty-five one- <br />Hundredths (85.25) feet to County Street; and thence east <br />along the south side of County Street One Hundred and <br />Twenty (120) feet; and thence north along Nottaway <br />Avenue Two Hundred and Seventeen (217) feet to the point <br />of beginning. It being a part of the land which was <br />conveyed to Archibald Ogg by the deed of the Commercial <br />Realty Corporation dated September 12, 1920 and recorded <br />in the said Clerk's Office in Deed Book594 page 391, and <br />which was devised by Archibald Ogg to the said Mary E. <br />Ogg by his will which was probated before the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth on the lih day of <br />June, 1943, and recorded in Will Book 6, page 125. <br />
