<br />~~ <br />;1 <br /> <br />if <br />11 <br />;t;.\ <br />'~~ <br /> <br />oJ <br />J <br />~ <br />~ <br />I <br />;i <br />:1 <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />UnuU~ANCE NO} 0 0 8:-.~ _1 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $191,050.18 FROM THE FY <br />2007-2008 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND AND APPROPRIATING SAID <br />FUNDS IN THE FY 2007-2008 GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $191,050.18 of previously unappropriated interest has <br />accumulated in the FY 2007-2008 Capital Improvement Fund in the Pneumo Abex <br />Escrow Account that was established as part of a legal settlement; and <br /> <br />2. That the transfer of said $191,050.18 is hereby approved from the FY <br />2007-2008 Capital Improvement Fund to the FY 2007-2008 General Fund ()perating <br />Budget; and <br /> <br />3. That revenues in the FY 2007-2008 General Fund Operating Budget are <br />increased by $191,050.18; and <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on May 27,2008. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
