<br />(d) The buildings shall be constructed in general compliance <br />with the floor plans dated May 29, 2008. <br /> <br />(e) The site shall be developed in general compliance with the <br />site plan dated May 29, 2008. Vinyl siding shall be a <br />minimum of 0.46 mil thickness. <br /> <br />(f) All parking spaces and parking lots shall be developed in <br />accordance with all City Code requirements for size, <br />number, and landscaping. <br /> <br />(g) The project shall be built in compliance with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and <br />local governments. <br /> <br />(h) All required licenses and permits shall be obtained before <br />construction and maintained as required by law. <br /> <br />(i) Taxes and fees associated with the property shall be paid <br />when due. <br /> <br />(j) All units shall be constructed in such a manner that they <br />can be converted into condominiums. <br /> <br />3. EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: Unless extended as provided under <br />Section 40-115 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006), the housing use <br />permit shall expire for any portion of the approved project for which building permits <br />have not been issued if the applicant fails to apply for all building permits for the entire <br />project within two years of the adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />4.
